We can scan any original up to 8.5" x 14", from paper (reflective) originals, or from film, transparency or slide (transmissive) originals.

This scanner is excellent for high end image scanning intended for offset printing, advertising, posters, etc. Superb color clarity and definition is a distinct advantage of the color gamut available when scanning in 36 bit color.

  • This scanner is ideal for OCR text input to any word processor because of its clear image quality and fast page scanning.

Scan hard copy documents into any word processing program you like, in a fraction the time it would take to retype it, and at a fraction of the cost.

We use the start-of-the-art OCR software OmniPage Pro on our Macintosh G3 computers, so we can scan virtually any text, even from old dot matrix printers!
