|

A smooth, round surface on all crankshaft load bearing points is essential to good engine performance. Our perfectionist machinists grind & polish crankshafts to within 2/1000th of an inch tolerances, less than half that of manufacturer specifications. |

By using our Magnaflux magnetic crack detection system, we can be sure there are no flaws in your crankshaft or any other steel parts. The slightest crack can cause unpredictable performance or complete failure |

Balancing
|
|
The crankshaft is the largest moving part in the engine. If it's not perfectly balanced, it WILL cause unnecessary vibrations, especially at high RPM. The faster you run the engine, the more vibration. This vibration will also be very hard on the rest of the engine and possibly the car.
A balanced crankshaft can increase your maximum RPM, improve response and power curve. We also offer balanced pistons and other parts essential to maximizing performance. |

Weight Reduction

Reducing the engine's net weight not only makes the entire car lighter, it also increases the engines response to throttle changes. With less weight in ever moving part, the centripetal forces within the engine are reduced dramatically.
